Exchange Policy

1. Without prejudice to the applicable warranty terms, the consumer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within 5 days of the delivery date. Exchange requests will not be accepted after this period.

2. The product must be in its original, unused condition, and the store reserves the right to inspect it before approving the exchange.

3. The consumer bears the shipping cost for exchanges; for international exchanges, the consumer bears full shipping and delivery costs. In case of a defect or error, the consumer will be compensated.

Exceptions

1. Products made to the consumer's specific request, except defective items or those not matching specifications

2. Used video tapes, discs, CDs, or software

3. Newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or similar copyrighted material

4. Defects caused by consumer mishandling

5. Accommodation, transportation, or catering contracts

6. Downloadable software purchases online

Return Policy

3. The consumer bears the costs of the return process; for international returns, the consumer bears full shipping and delivery costs. In case of a defect or error, the consumer will be compensated.
